Terms and Conditions \u2013 Kids Classes<\/h3>

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to children\u2019s dance classes<\/strong> provided by Viva School of Dance<\/strong>. By enrolling a child in our classes, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the terms set out below.<\/p>

1. About Us<\/h4>

Viva School of Dance is an Irish-based dance school providing structured dance classes for children across multiple locations in Dublin.<\/p>

All children\u2019s classes are designed to be safe, age-appropriate and delivered by qualified and experienced dance instructors.<\/p>

2. Enrolment and Registration<\/h4>

All children must be registered for classes by a parent or legal guardian. By completing a registration or booking, the parent or guardian confirms that all information provided is accurate and up to date.<\/p>

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment if inaccurate information is provided or if class capacity limits are reached.<\/p>

3. Class Attendance<\/h4>

Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure consistent progress and a positive learning experience.<\/p>

Missed classes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Viva School of Dance.<\/p>

4. Health and Safety<\/h4>

Parents or guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements that may affect a child\u2019s participation.<\/p>

Children must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for dance classes. Viva School of Dance reserves the right to restrict participation if safety requirements are not met.<\/p>

5. Behaviour and Conduct<\/h4>

All children are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.<\/p>

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being removed from a class temporarily or permanently, at the discretion of Viva School of Dance, without entitlement to a refund.<\/p>

6. Photography and Video<\/h4>

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional or educational purposes.<\/p>

Such content will only be used where parental consent has been provided. Parents or guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing.<\/p>

7. Fees, Payments and Refunds<\/h4>

All fees for children\u2019s dance classes must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

Booking deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable.<\/p>

Failure to attend scheduled classes does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit unless otherwise specified.<\/p>

8. Cancellation and Changes<\/h4>

Viva School of Dance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness or venue availability.<\/p>

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative class or suitable solution.<\/p>

9. Liability<\/h4>

While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, participation in dance classes is at the child\u2019s own risk.<\/p>

Viva School of Dance shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during classes, except where required by Irish law.<\/p>

10. Privacy<\/h4>

Personal data relating to children and parents is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.<\/p>

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants.<\/p>

11. Changes to These Terms<\/h4>

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately.<\/p>

Continued participation in children\u2019s classes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.<\/p>
